AI Evaluation Specialist for Small Business Scenarios

About the role

Gramian Consultancy is seeking French‑speaking professionals with hands‑on experience running or supporting small businesses to join a 10‑week AI evaluation project. You will help assess how modern AI systems handle real‑world SMB situations across customer communication, operations, finance, marketing, and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic prompts that reflect common small‑business challenges and goals.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots, compare their responses, and evaluate output quality.
• Review AI‑generated text and visual content, including spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and business documents.
• Provide structured feedback and scoring based on accuracy, clarity, usefulness, and business relevance.
• Submit evaluation reports, conversation transcripts, and any supporting documents such as marketing visuals or workflow diagrams.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and comfortable working remotely.
• Experience operating or supporting a small business (e.g., bakery, salon, boutique, agency, etc.).
• Ability to upload and reference business documents, marketing assets, and process workflows to make AI prompts realistic.
• Available 20‑40 hours per week with at least 4 hours overlap in PST.
