Assistant Front Office Manager – Front Office Operations

About the role

The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing all front office functions at Diamniadio Sports City. This includes supervising the Bell/Door staff, switchboard, and guest services/front desk teams to ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, high guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Front Desk team, ensuring daily operations meet quality and service standards.
• Manage employee schedules, recognition, and performance, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve disputes, and implement corrective action plans based on feedback.
• Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to set goals, monitor progress, and continuously improve service delivery.
• Maintain open, collaborative relationships with staff and promote a culture of trust and respect.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of guest services or front desk experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (no experience required for degree holders).
