About the role

The Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage I is responsible for overseeing assigned food and beverage and culinary operations. The role ensures guest and employee satisfaction, maintains brand standards, and strives to meet or exceed financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily food and beverage operations, fostering a motivated and empowered team environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees, responding promptly to concerns and coaching staff.
• Handle guest complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain compliance with corporate accounting procedures and support the General Manager with annual quality audits.
• Promote continuous improvement, teamwork, and a passion for service across the property.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related field, OR
• Associate degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
