Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage supports the overall operation of the food and beverage outlets at Four Points by Sheraton in Diamniadio Sports City. You will help drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and ensure financial targets are met while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day food and beverage operations, fostering a motivated and teamwork‑focused environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing guest concerns and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coach and develop employees, using feedback and empowerment techniques to improve performance.
• Maintain compliance with corporate accounting procedures and support the General Manager with annual quality audits.
• Promote the brand’s service culture and build lasting relationships with guests.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of food & beverage or culinary experience, or a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
