EMEA Delivery Excellence Manager

About the role

The Delivery Excellence Manager will lead the consistency, quality and performance of delivery practices across the EMEA region for Valiantys. You will work closely with Delivery Directors, Practice Directors and Sales teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and promote delivery standards, frameworks and tools (PMRQ) across Business Units.
• Act as the regional reference for governance, ensuring alignment with other regions.
• Establish reporting standards, analyse project data, and provide visibility on performance, compliance and risks.
• Identify, prioritize and coordinate improvement initiatives, leveraging client feedback and data.
• Ensure cross‑functional alignment between Delivery, Sales and Pursuit Management throughout the client engagement lifecycle.
• Contribute to delivery standards, competency frameworks and partner accreditation compliance (e.g., Atlassian).
• Lead, develop and manage a team of Delivery Excellence Analysts, setting goals and monitoring performance.

Required profile

• Strong experience in delivery management and governance within an IT or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and manage cross‑regional initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills with senior stakeholders across delivery, sales and operations.
• Leadership experience, including team development and performance management.
