About the role

IDinsight is seeking a dynamic Manager or Senior Manager to lead client engagements, drive social impact, and mentor early‑career professionals. The role blends analytical rigor with entrepreneurial thinking to help partners use data and evidence for better outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee all phases of client projects, ensuring high‑quality deliverables that maximize impact.
• Mentor and develop Associates and other early‑professionals on the team.
• Develop expertise across a broad range of data, evidence, and AI‑for‑good tools.
• Manage safety and security risk for project teams.
• Collaborate with IDinsight Directors to align project scope, timelines, and resources.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a consulting, research, or nonprofit environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Passion for social impact and a commitment to evidence‑based decision making.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work independently.
