Remote Candidate Dialing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Candidate Dialing Specialist to support high‑volume recruitment outreach for U.S.‑based companies. In this fully remote position you will conduct outbound calls, screen candidates, and schedule interviews, helping move talent efficiently through the hiring pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective candidates each day.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and qualification checks following structured scripts.
• Explain job opportunities, schedules, and hiring processes clearly to applicants.
• Schedule interviews between qualified candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate call logs and candidate records in CRM and ATS systems.
• Ensure timely follow‑up and engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Meet daily dialing, screening, and outreach activity targets.
• Support recruitment pipeline management and perform additional coordination tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume outbound dialing activities.
• Strong phone presence and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Organized, able to multitask effectively in a remote environment.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, electricity, and mobile device.
