Academic Programme Coordinator

About the role

Enko Education is seeking an Academic Programme Coordinator for Ecole Bilingue Avenir (EBA) in Ngaparou, Senegal. The role combines academic leadership with hands‑on teacher development to drive excellence across the school’s programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the school’s academic programmes and future international pathways.
• Observe classes, provide actionable feedback, and design professional‑development initiatives for teachers.
• Lead a team of approximately 10 teachers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance management.
• Coordinate curriculum planning, assessment practices, academic reporting, and monitor student performance.
• Lead strategic academic projects, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
• Assist with secondary programme coordination and align classroom practices with the school’s educational vision.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teachers, coordinating academic programmes, or managing educational projects in a school setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create alignment across diverse teams.
• Fully bilingual in English and French and comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
