Key Account Manager – Oral Health Care

About the role

The leading Consumer Health Company is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth of its Oral Health Care portfolio in Senegal. You will manage distributor relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure successful product launches across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, profit and market‑share targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key distributors and customers.
• Lead joint business planning, negotiations and promotional activities.
• Expand distribution coverage and ensure high‑quality in‑store execution.
• Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning and distributor performance.
• Optimize pricing, trade investments and promotional effectiveness.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other internal functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of sales experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare or a similar industry.
• Proven key account and distributor management experience in West African markets.
• Track record of delivering commercial growth and meeting business objectives.
