Mobility Manager – West Africa & Cameroon

About the role

The Mobility Manager will support Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Senegal in defining, adapting and implementing the regional mobility strategy for West Africa and Cameroon. Working closely with regional colleagues and the career management teams of various MSF sections, the role ensures responsible employment practices throughout the mobility process.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in defining and implementing the regional mobility strategy for West Africa and Cameroon.
• Collaborate with regional teams and mobility & career management units across MSF sections.
• Ensure compliance with MSF mobility procedures and policies at all levels.
• Update mobility lists by profile and section, and coordinate specific detachment requests based on operational needs.
• Promote the MSF Switzerland harmonisation project within missions.
• Implement diversity strategies in mobility activities and facilitate workshops across the region.

Required profile

• Experience in HR mobility or related fields within an international or humanitarian context.
• Strong understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different countries.
• Commitment to responsible employment practices.
