Human Resources Officer – Professional (Dakar)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Human Resources Officer (Professional) to coordinate HR functions for its Country Office in Dakar, Senegal, and to support sub‑offices and coordinating functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the Human Resources functions of the Country Office and its sub‑offices in Dakar.
• Provide technical HR guidance, coordination and support to the Country Office with Coordinating Functions (COCF).
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Office, Department of Human Resources and Administrative Centres.
• Report to the Chief of Mission or Head of Office and work under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Officer/Resources Management Officer or Head of Resources Management.

Required profile

• Open to candidates from first‑tier (internal and non‑represented IOM Member States) and second‑tier (external) pools as defined by IOM.
