About the role
We are looking for a dedicated IT professional to take ownership of our technology challenges and ensure the smooth operation of our work environment. The role is a full‑time freelance mission based in Dakar, with immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects that improve efficiency.
- Document procedures and maintain up‑to‑date system documentation.
Required profile
- Available to start immediately.
- Based in Dakar and able to work on‑site.
- Experience handling a range of IT tasks in a business environment.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work independently.
