About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects that improve efficiency.
• Document procedures and maintain up‑to‑date system documentation.

Required profile

• Available to start immediately.
• Based in Dakar and able to work on‑site.
