About the role
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to drive growth in the savoury segment of the Food & Nutrition market. Based in Hanoi, you will hunt new business, build pipelines and act as a trusted advisor to both new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers in the specialty Food & Nutrition – Savoury sector.
- Develop and execute tactical plans to exceed sales quotas across assigned territories.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, uncovering upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Provide technical product guidance and training to customers, positioning Caldic’s portfolio effectively.
- Represent Caldic and its principals at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and pipeline updates.
Required profile
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Proactive, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into business solutions.
