Agent Onboarding Representative – France

About the role

We are looking for an Agent Onboarding Representative to support Ria Money Transfer’s operations in France. The role ensures that partner agents are onboarded, monitored and off‑boarded in line with French regulatory requirements, while safeguarding customer protection and data privacy.

Key responsibilities

• Verify completeness of onboarding files for new partner agents.
• Conduct due‑diligence, KYC, AML/CFT and reputational risk assessments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of agents, including onboarding, ongoing monitoring, amendments and off‑boarding.
• Handle customer complaints, ensure mandatory disclosures and protect personal data.
• Deliver AML/CFT awareness training via an e‑learning platform and track completion.
• Monitor adherence to internal procedures and support regulatory monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Compliance, Law, Banking or Finance.
• Previous experience in compliance, risk analysis or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and collaborative attitude.
• Fluent French and intermediate English for communication with headquarters.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
