AI Business Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a remote AI Business Operations Analyst to evaluate and compare the quality of responses from multiple AI chatbots across real‑world small‑business scenarios. This six‑month contract involves creating realistic prompts, interacting with chatbots, and delivering structured feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Create business‑focused prompts based on defined user goals.
• Engage with up to five chatbot turns per conversation and assess response clarity, usefulness, and accuracy.
• Submit conversation transcripts, evaluation results, and comparative analyses.
• Produce visual marketing content such as logos, flyers, and product catalogs when required.
• Support daily operations, inventory logistics, and CRM automation using provided files.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial planning tasks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in business operations or a strong understanding of small‑business workflows.
• Analytical mindset with critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfortable following structured evaluation guidelines and interacting with AI tools.
