E2E Solution Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for an E2E Solution Manager to define and maintain end‑to‑end solution architectures that meet business requirements while ensuring technical feasibility, scalability and compliance. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align designs with the product roadmap and guarantee successful implementation across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain end‑to‑end solution architectures, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, compliance and alignment with business needs.
• Validate technical solutions through feasibility studies, technical reviews and performance evaluations throughout all lifecycle phases.
• Align solution designs with the product roadmap and collaborate with cross‑functional teams for consistent implementation.
• Develop integration and sourcing strategies, evaluate sourcing options and ensure effective integration of complex solutions across systems and platforms.
• Drive interoperability and performance testing, guaranteeing reliable integration with third‑party systems and external partners.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in solution architecture, systems integration or related areas.
• Proven ability to design scalable, robust and secure architectures across hardware, software and connectivity layers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
