About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions. The role involves handling voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning issues into positive experiences while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.

Required profile

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
