About the role
Reliance Health is looking for a Sales Development Associate to engage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and hand them over to the sales team. You will help drive revenue growth and strengthen B2B client relationships across the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively engage and qualify inbound leads to assess fit and sales readiness.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with leads via calls, emails, and CRM workflows.
- Maintain accurate interaction records and pipeline status in the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client‑facing sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or tech.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Proven experience using CRM tools for lead tracking and pipeline management.
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and prioritize follow‑ups effectively.
- Results‑driven mindset with a passion for sales and client engagement.
