Senior Manager – Accounting Services (CAS)

About the role

CCK is seeking a Senior Manager for its Client Advisory Services (CAS) team. The role leads outsourced controller services, drives strategic financial decisions for clients, and acts as the primary point of contact across multiple engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Coach team members on quality, efficiency, and problem‑solving techniques.
• Set expectations, define team goals, and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and propose process improvements proactively.
• Develop career development plans aligned with CCK’s strategic needs.
• Oversee project allocation to ensure balanced workloads.
• Understand client objectives and deliver strategic advice that supports business goals.
• Maintain regular client check‑ins to monitor satisfaction and address concerns.
• Analyze financial reports, create customized KPIs, and develop metrics tailored to each client.
• Collaborate with Tax and Assurance divisions to align financial reporting with tax strategies.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and management capabilities.
• Strategic problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
