AI Engineer

About the role

Larson Financial Group LLC is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI‑powered solutions across the organization. This hands‑on technical role will take AI concepts from proof‑of‑concept to production, ensure staff can effectively use the tools, and integrate AI platforms responsibly into the broader technology stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI‑driven applications and workflows using Claude, ChatGPT and related technologies.
• Move proof‑of‑concept builds to secure, scalable, and maintainable production environments.
• Build and maintain integrations between AI platforms and the existing technology stack, managing domains, hosting, deployments, and performance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Create and update documentation, playbooks, and reference materials to support AI adoption.
• Facilitate training programs and serve as the go‑to resource for staff questions and use‑case development.
• Develop and enforce AI governance frameworks, usage policies, and security standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluate third‑party AI platforms, and oversee technical integration lifecycles.

Required profile
