AI Trainer – LLM & Generative AI Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented AI Trainer to help develop and refine large language models and generative AI systems. The role is fully remote and involves creating high‑quality training data, evaluating model outputs, and collaborating with engineers and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage end‑to‑end training pipelines, including supervised fine‑tuning, RLHF, and red‑team exercises.
• Develop prompt templates and testing scenarios across coding, creative writing, reasoning, and multilingual tasks.
• Define rubrics, create “golden datasets”, and document model behavior and training methodology.
• Analyze model failures, identify bias or hallucination, and propose remediation strategies.
• Guide junior trainers and annotators, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and product managers to translate research goals into actionable annotation tasks.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements to annotation tools and platforms.
• Generate synthetic data to augment training sets for niche scenarios.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant technical field such as software engineering or computer science.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and communicate abstract concepts.
• Comfortable reading technical papers and staying up‑to‑date with AI safety research.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and shift between technical and creative tasks.
