Atlassian Consultant – Cloud Practice

About the role

As an Atlassian Consultant in the Cloud Practice, you will design, implement and optimise Atlassian Cloud solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) for enterprise clients. You will work across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, documentation and training, while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and refine customer requirements, facilitate scoping workshops and conduct environment audits.
• Provide recommendations and configure, deploy and integrate Atlassian Cloud tools following best‑practice standards.
• Produce functional and technical specifications, configuration guides and deliver training to end‑users and administrators.
• Maintain client communication throughout projects, ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional value.
• Collaborate with sales on upsell opportunities and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in consulting, software development or technical roles.
• Strong interest in cloud environments and Atlassian products.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive mindset.
