About the role
We are looking for a bilingual accountant to join our team in Dakar. The role involves handling daily accounting operations, tax filings, and communication in both French and English.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor daily accounting operations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly closings.
- Prepare and track tax filings in Senegal.
- Review accounts and ensure the accuracy of accounting data.
- Prepare necessary reports and accounting documents.
- Communicate with teams and partners in French and English.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of full‑time professional experience in accounting.
- Hands‑on experience with Senegalese tax returns.
- Fluent in French and business‑level English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
