Bilingual Provider Network Manager – Senegal

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (French/English) Provider Network Manager to join Cigna’s Africa Network Management team, based in Senegal. The role will drive provider relationships across Francophone and Anglophone markets, ensuring high‑quality healthcare access for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, labs and physician groups across assigned African markets.
• Lead provider onboarding, delivering training and education in both French and English on processes, billing and digital tools.
• Manage provider inquiries, complaints, escalations and payment issues, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to resolve them promptly.
• Monitor provider performance, KPIs and reimbursement trends, analysing data to identify risks and opportunities for network optimisation.
• Support network expansion by identifying service gaps and recommending new provider partnerships.
• Prepare and present business reports, performance updates and market intelligence to regional and global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently based in Senegal or authorized to work there.
• Full professional fluency in French and English, able to conduct meetings, negotiations and write reports in both languages.
• Minimum three years of experience in provider relations, network management or a similar provider‑facing role within healthcare.
• Experience working with healthcare providers in multi‑country or regional environments is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Experience using CRM or provider management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities applied to operational data.
