Business Analyst

About the role

You will be the data partner for myAgro's sales and operations teams in Senegal, turning raw data into actionable insights that guide decisions throughout each sales season and help the program reach more farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the reporting used by sales and operations leadership, including annual performance overviews and sales dashboards.
• Transform questions from sales and country leadership into clear, timely analysis and maintain feedback loops between Sales, Operations and the Data team.
• Explore data proactively to flag sales risks and opportunities before they are raised.
• Collaborate with the central Data team on data models, data quality and shared standards.
• Help build data literacy within the sales and operations teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics, preferably supporting sales, operations or finance.
• Strong communication skills in French and English, with the ability to tell data stories to stakeholders.
• Disciplined in planning, tracking work and raising risks to deadlines early.
• Curiosity and initiative to dig into data without being directed.
• A passion for myAgro’s mission to improve smallholder farmer incomes.

Required skills

• Solid SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, Metabase or similar BI tools.
