Consultation Design Consultant for Access 101 Project

About the role

The Consultation Design Consultant will lead a mixed‑methods consultation to identify learning needs and knowledge gaps related to access to health products across the MSF Movement. Insights will shape the syllabus for the Access 101 e‑learning course and inform supporting workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a consultation methodology, including interview guides, surveys and data‑collection frameworks.
• Conduct interviews, focus groups and surveys with diverse stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Analyse findings, produce a report with recommendations for course objectives, thematic modules and workshop formats.
• Present results to the Access 101 project team and advise on syllabus design and learning formats.

Required profile

• Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Health, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in learning design, curriculum development or stakeholder consultation.
• Proven ability to design and implement qualitative and quantitative research processes.
• Strong analytical and report‑writing skills with experience engaging diverse, multicultural audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese) are an asset.
