Content Creation Consultant for Access 101 Project

About the role

The Access 101 Project needs a remote Content Creation Consultant to design and produce learning materials that explain health‑product access across the MSF Movement. The consultant will work closely with the project team and subject‑matter experts from December 2026 to May/June 2027, delivering approximately 75‑85 working days of content.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the approved syllabus into a detailed content plan, selecting appropriate formats such as e‑learning modules, case studies, infographics, videos and workshop resources.
• Develop engaging, accessible, learner‑centred content for the Tembo course and accompanying educational assets.
• Coordinate and quality‑assure contributions from external suppliers (graphic designers, multimedia developers, illustrators) and ensure consistency with project objectives.
• Present drafts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback from SMEs, and adapt materials for diverse audiences while following adult‑learning and accessibility principles.

Required profile

• University degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Journalism, Public Health, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Proven experience creating learning resources (e‑learning courses, training guides, digital publications) for varied audiences.
• Strong writing, editing and content‑structuring abilities to turn complex technical information into clear, engaging material.
• Experience collaborating with subject‑matter experts and integrating stakeholder feedback into content development.
