About the role
The Dealer Manager will lead and expand the dealer network for our Buy Now Pay Later solution within an assigned territory. You will ensure that dealer performance meets sales targets, brand standards, and customer service expectations while acting as the primary liaison between the company and its dealers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement dealer sales strategies to increase product penetration.
- Train and support dealers on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer operations, branding, and compliance.
- Resolve dealer‑related issues promptly to maintain strong business relationships.
- Analyze sales data to spot growth opportunities and areas of concern.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on dealer performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and ethical standards.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Good knowledge of distribution networks and dealer operations.
- Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently in the field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
