Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Wave is building Africa’s first cashless continent and needs a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive its online presence. You will plan, execute, and measure digital campaigns while aligning them with broader ATL and BTL initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain Wave’s digital marketing content calendar, setting direction and briefs that support business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end digital campaigns, from planning and briefing to delivery and performance analysis.
• Brief and collaborate with external agencies, working closely with the Social Media Coordinator on day‑to‑day content production.
• Track, analyze, and report on digital KPIs and campaign performance across all channels.
• Coordinate with internal BTL, ATL, operations, and business teams to ensure campaign alignment and provide marketing support as needed.

Required profile

• University degree or certificate in digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including campaign development, delivery, and results tracking.
• Proven ability to develop creative briefs independently.
