Finance Manager – International Services (Senegal)

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead all financial operations for the Senegal office of a leading multinational operating in technology and critical services. Reporting to the General Manager and corporate finance teams, the role ensures accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial support across the local and international business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting activities for the Senegal operation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Senegalese tax law, statutory reporting and corporate policies.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain relationships with auditors, banks and authorities.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and recommend actions to improve results.
• Supervise accounting, payroll coordination and internal financial controls.
• Support the General Manager and corporate finance teams with strategic analysis.
• Lead, develop and continuously improve the local finance team.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Head of Finance or similar senior role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and management accounting.
• Experience in multinational or international environments, preferably with exposure to African markets.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages such as Portuguese or Spanish are a plus.
