Head of Brand & Communication Department

About the role

The Head of Brand & Communication Department will lead the development and execution of Yas Sénégal’s brand and communication strategy during a period of significant transformation. Reporting to senior management, you will shape the company’s visual identity, messaging, and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design and oversee integrated communication campaigns across digital, print, and media channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including internal communications and external partnerships.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a multidisciplinary brand and communication team.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust tactics based on insights.
• Control the department’s budget and allocate resources efficiently.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior brand or communication role, preferably within a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
