About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Head of Fleet Business Development with a strong financial background to drive growth across our fleet operations in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal. You will be responsible for securing financing, managing partner relationships, and supporting local teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Secure external financing to support local fleet partners.
• Manage partner relationships and negotiate to achieve business targets.
• Lead and support local fleet managers in a cross‑functional environment.
• Oversee day‑to‑day fleet operations and drive their development.

Required profile

• Experience in finance, investments, investor relations, or working with funds.
• Team management experience.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Readiness for business travel.
