Integration Data Analyst

About the role

The Integration Data Analyst is a core member of the Onboarding & Integration team, responsible for guiding newly acquired Focus offices onto the company’s operating platforms. The role focuses on accurate data analysis, validation, reconciliation and reporting to ensure smooth performance, billing and system conversion for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Onboarding & Integration team to execute system integration plans for acquired offices.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day integration activities for Orion and other operational systems.
• Perform detailed comparisons between legacy systems and Orion to validate performance and billing data.
• Collect, analyze, reconcile and document data from multiple sources to maintain reliable master records.
• Identify data discrepancies, assess impacts, and drive timely resolution with internal and external partners.
• Prepare status updates, reports and documentation for Operations and Integration leadership.
• Support onboarding and training for new offices, including Orion‑related assistance for Client Service associates.
• Develop and deliver presentations, training materials and advisor development content on operations, systems and data topics.
