Integration Data Analyst

About the role

The Integration Data Analyst joins the Onboarding & Integration team to ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired Focus offices onto core operating platforms. The role focuses on accurate data analysis, validation, reconciliation and reporting to support performance, billing and system conversion activities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Onboarding & Integration team to execute system integration plans for acquired offices.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day integration activities for Orion and other operational systems.
• Perform detailed comparisons between legacy systems and Orion to validate performance and billing data.
• Collect, analyze, reconcile and document data from multiple source systems.
• Identify data discrepancies, assess impacts, and coordinate timely resolution with internal and external partners.
• Prepare status updates, reporting materials and documentation for leadership.
• Assist with onboarding and training for operations functions at new offices.
• Develop and deliver presentations, training materials and Advisor Development content.
• Maintain working knowledge of Focus tools, systems, processes and standards.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
