IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our enterprise IT environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all systems are reliable, secure, and performant while supporting the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Maintain high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Oversee backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity processes.
• Coordinate hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers.
• Lead and support IT support staff and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Networking, firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs.
