About the role

Jumia is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving revenue growth across its e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for growth and up‑selling within existing accounts.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to drive product development and innovation.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts and account metrics.
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to identify business opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
