About the role
The Lubricants Portfolio & Pricing Manager will drive pricing strategy and margin optimization for both B2C and B2B lubricant products. This role ensures pricing discipline, supports data‑driven decisions and aligns pricing with market dynamics.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute price increase actions, set sell‑out pricing guidelines, and manage price lifecycle tools and governance.
- Analyze market, competitor and cost data to build pricing benchmarks, performance dashboards and monitor SKU/channel profitability.
- Support forecasting, track performance versus plan, report margin evolution and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Supply and Marketing to ensure alignment of pricing strategy and execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or related field.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in pricing and P&L management.
