Marketing Associate

About the role

Cauridor is looking for a Marketing Associate to be the local reference point for its regional marketing strategy in Senegal. You will adapt centrally‑designed campaigns to the Senegalese market, execute events and field activities, and ensure brand consistency on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the regional marketing plan in Senegal, adapting content to local language, culture and market conditions.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to the Regional Marketing Manager.
• Maintain brand consistency across all Senegal‑market materials and coordinate localization of social, print, digital and PR content.
• Manage relationships with local agencies, vendors and media contacts.
• Support and monitor social media content and community engagement specific to Senegal.
• Plan, organise and run local events, activations and sponsorships, leading partnership marketing efforts.
• Act as the marketing liaison for the Senegal country team, collaborating with Sales, Operations and Compliance.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications or related fields, preferably with event/field marketing exposure.
• Strong understanding of the Senegalese market, media landscape and culture.
• Fluent French; working proficiency in English is strongly preferred.
• Ability to execute a strategy set by others while exercising good judgment on local adaptations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience creating and localising content for social media and other channels.
• Experience working with local agencies and vendors.
