Mobile Building Engineer (Fleet Vehicle Provided)

About the role

Colliers is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to manage the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems of its client properties. You will travel to various sites using a company‑provided vehicle, ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing equipment.
• Respond to client service requests, prioritize work orders, and complete tasks with minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and follow up with clients to confirm issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and jurisdictional licensing requirements.
• Be on‑call for after‑hours or weekend emergencies as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building or property maintenance/engineering.
• Ability to obtain or hold a CFC Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear motor vehicle record.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
