About the role

The OTM Coordinator works in Georgetown University's Office of Transportation Management, providing front‑line administrative support and customer service for campus transit and parking programs. This on‑site position ensures smooth daily operations of Hoya Transit, parking subscriptions, and related benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Hoya Transit program, including rider assistance and issue resolution.
• Enter and maintain data for all OTM programs (Smart Benefits, Parking Subscriptions, etc.) and generate ad‑hoc reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact at the customer service desk, handling inquiries and de‑escalating tense situations.
• Support the annual parking renewal process, processing high‑volume transactions during peak periods.
• Perform routine data‑entry tasks and assist senior staff with operational reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma with some college coursework or equivalent work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor with the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience in a transportation or customer‑service environment is helpful but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic data‑entry and reporting capabilities.
