Personal Trainer – In‑Home Fitness Coach

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Certified Personal Trainer to deliver one‑on‑one fitness sessions in clients’ homes, offices or other chosen locations. As a member of the GYMGUYZ team you will bring a full set of equipment to the client’s doorstep and create customized, results‑driven workouts.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the individualized workout program created from the initial assessment.
• Select and demonstrate customized exercises, ensuring correct form and making modifications as needed.
• Complete session notes and update client progress in the GYMGUYZ scheduling software.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4‑6 weeks and adjust programs accordingly.
• Collect and secure client payments when required.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments and make‑up sessions.
• Keep all equipment clean, safe and in good working order after each session.
• Drive and maintain the GYMGUYZ cargo van for business use.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certified Personal Trainer (or equivalent fitness certification).
• Minimum of 1 year experience delivering personal training services.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a van.
• Strong punctuality and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• First‑aid knowledge and ability to respond to emergencies.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic payment processing.
• Ability to operate and maintain a variety of fitness equipment.
• Safe equipment handling and cleaning procedures.
