Project Manager – Remote (Senegal)

About the role

Valiantys is seeking a Project Manager to lead client engagements from kickoff to delivery. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Senegal, requiring strong coordination, stakeholder management and delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and review Statements of Work, plan engagements and ensure smooth project kick‑offs.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, managing scope, timelines, risks, issues and budgets.
• Allocate resources, match consultant skills to project needs and coordinate with global teams.
• Serve as the primary client contact, manage expectations, handle escalations and gather feedback.
• Monitor financial performance, track time versus estimates and provide transparent reporting.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in professional services or consulting, delivering end‑to‑end projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and financial performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in complex, client‑facing environments.

Required skills

• Atlassian ecosystem knowledge (nice‑to‑have).
• IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Project & Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Integration (infrastructure or software).
• Cloud migration.
• Agile, Lean and Kanban methodologies.
