Regional Campaign, Content & Governance Coordinator (12‑month Trainee)

About the role

This 12‑month trainee position is based in Dakar and supports the West and Central Africa Marketing team at Philip Morris International. You will work alongside experienced professionals to help execute regional campaigns, manage content governance, and coordinate projects across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Deployment Review Group (DRG) activities, prepare submission documents and track approval timelines with Legal, Corporate Affairs and Commercial teams.
• Support rollout of regional marketing campaigns, consolidate market briefs, and manage the development of key visuals, POS, digital and pack assets.
• Maintain campaign playbooks, oversee the regional asset library and ensure version control for all creative outputs.
• Assist Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes by retrieving and validating product and packaging information for approval submissions.
• Track regional initiatives, maintain project trackers, and contribute to budget and governance reporting.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance and audit readiness.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
