Regional Manager – FAST Program – West Africa

About the role

VisionFund International, the micro‑finance arm of World Vision, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the FAST (Finance Accelerating Savings group Transformation) programme across West Africa. The role will guide partner micro‑finance institutions (MFIs) through the pilot phase and subsequent rollout of the FAST loan product, helping vulnerable families access savings, credit and insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and guide VisionFund MFIs during the pilot of the FAST loan methodology.
• Oversee the rollout of the FAST loan product in West African countries, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Coordinate with country teams to monitor progress, collect feedback and adapt the programme as needed.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing among saving groups and Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs) to maximise impact.
