Sales Development Associate

About the role

Reliance Health is looking for a Sales Development Associate to review, contact, and qualify both inbound and outbound leads, then pass qualified prospects to the sales team. The role also involves identifying and closing B2B opportunities over the phone to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage and qualify inbound leads to assess fit and sales readiness.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new sales opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with leads via calls, emails, and CRM workflows.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM for seamless pipeline tracking.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client‑facing sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or tech.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Proven experience using CRM tools and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for sales and client engagement.
