Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will support MH’s growth in garment accessories and tailoring materials by identifying and engaging new customers across China. You will work closely with the Chinese sales team to build strategic partnerships and drive order conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect high‑potential customers, conduct in‑depth visits and nurture relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Perform regular market and competitor research to inform sales strategies.
• Promote new product items and support business development initiatives.
• Travel within the country as required for client meetings.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by senior Chinese colleagues.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or graduate from 2022‑2026; up to one year of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND.
• Fluent in English and French with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with the sales process and ability to work both independently and in a team.

What we offer

• Basic salary between 130,000 – 150,000 CFA per month.
• Performance salary of 50,000 CFA.
• Monthly bonus of 200 – 400 USD per new customer order.
