Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Wave is building the first cashless continent in Africa and needs a senior marketing leader to drive growth in Senegal. You will partner with the Head of Marketing to design and execute data‑driven strategies that boost user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to plan and launch product life‑cycle and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Develop clear project briefs and guide cross‑functional teams through campaign production.
• Work with Brand, Design, and Creative teams to produce assets aligned with growth and brand goals.
• Build and refine the marketing funnel, lead scoring, and attribution models.
• Analyze performance data, set KPIs, create dashboards, and report insights.
• Conduct market analysis, user persona research, and benchmark studies specific to Senegal.

Required profile

• Proven track record of defining and implementing marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth.
• Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset.
• Hands‑on leader comfortable working at both strategic and execution levels.
• Work authorization for Senegal.
