Account Manager – Business Information

About the role

The Account Manager Business Information will manage and grow existing Business Information (BI) customers, ensuring revenue targets are met and driving subscription conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing BI customers to achieve revenue goals.
• Conduct sanity checks on BI contracts, usage, and billing.
• Promote Coface BI offerings to generate profitable business.
• Provide training for BI users and identify development opportunities within accounts.
• Ensure contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and minimize attrition.
• Gather customer feedback on BI products for Sales and Marketing departments.
• Collaborate with Back Office to align contracts with customer needs.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in sales development, preferably in the Business Information market.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment and operate autonomously.
• Strong sales negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Familiarity with various contract structures to provide consultative solutions.
• Knowledge of current economic climate and its impact on the market.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and French.
• Understanding of Business Information products and services.
