Architect – Sports Market Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced architect to lead the growth of our sports market, combining design expertise with business development. In this dual‑track position you will create innovative sports facilities while actively pursuing new opportunities and building lasting client relationships across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships nationwide for sports‑related projects.
• Lead marketing initiatives such as thought‑leadership pieces, seminars, RFQ/RFP responses and proposal development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams inside and outside the firm to generate compelling design concepts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations that showcase design knowledge and solution strength.
• Manage portions of planning and design for award‑winning sports venues, overseeing project phases from concept through delivery.
• Mentor and inspire junior team members within the Sports practice.

Required profile

• Seasoned architect with a full‑cycle architectural background.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of winning new business.
• Strong collaborative and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience guiding teams and mentoring staff.
